We have received today our soybeans of 500 tons you shipped on September 15.
However on examining we have found that the quality of almost half of the goods, that is, about 200 tons does not tally with your sample and is inferior to the standard.
You can see it from the surveyor's report enclosed.
Please let us have your measure for solution urgently.

We have to refuse to take delivery of your goods for the reason that they are quite different from the sample on which we made our order.
Even if you want us to take them, we cannot put them on the market without some considerable discount.
