The answer is Pizza. Why is pizza? The reason is actually very simple. Melted cheese is watery. Unlike Chinese consumers, pizzas are normally handled with bare hands instead of forks. When you’re unsure of your foreign boss’ preference, you might want to avoid ordering pizza just in case you have to eat it with your bare hands.
